Automated Teller

When investing in a yielding asset, an important consideration is your ability to quickly and efficiently enter and exit the position. For this reason, we have developed an Automated Teller smart contract to facilitate investing in the fund (during trading hours) and liquidating the assets (at any time of the day) onchain.

Investing

Through the Teller, clients of Hashnote can purchase USYC during trading windows. Trading windows follow the Federal Reserve calendar and are open from 9 a.m. ET to 2 p.m. ET on business days. The opening hour aligns with the Fedwire start time, and the close hour is imposed to allow funds to be transferred to the prime brokerage account before the repo trade occurs.

Selling

The Teller provides USYC holders immediate liquidity for USYC. At any time of the day, the Teller contract will purchase your USYC at the latest reported price. You can view in real-time the liquidity available on the USYC page. The liquidity provider rebalances the assets frequently to ensure maximum capacity to meet client needs. When selling your USYC for instant liquidity, the Teller charges a fee equal to the previous day's accrued interest. If you require more liquidity on a specific day, please contact us at [e-mail].
