We understand the importance of liquidity, in all market environments.
Our clients can mint or redeem on the same day (T+0) or the next (T+1) into USDC, with the minting process being atomic and instant on the blockchain. However, it's important to note that on-chain minting is only available during regular market hours*, and while on-chain redemption is always available, it is limited in size. For larger transactions, subscribers may use market makers such as Cumberland to close a position through an over-the-counter (OTC) deal.

Our platform offers institutional investors a secure environment free from the everyday risks linked to credit intermediaries because we do not provide loans. Hashnote US and offshore funds are regulated by the CFTC and CIMA, respectively, and Hashnote Management is a member of the National Futures Association.
We adhere to strict regulations set by the CFTC and CIMA, ensuring our operations meet institutional investment standards. Assets are protected through segregated custodial accounts at BNY Mellon, guaranteeing direct access for shareholders and a high level of asset security. This straightforward and secure approach gives investors the confidence to focus on their investment goals. Trust and transparency are the pillars of our service, making us a dependable partner in the digital asset market.

It is a core value, with assets and token prices regularly published via an Oracle feed. All fees—including service, redemption, and custodian fees—are disclosed upfront. Our ERC-20 token has been verified on Mainnet Etherscan, ensuring reliability and security.

Fund Management

An experienced in-house fixed-income team with a track record of delivering consistent, risk-adjusted returns and liquidity management. Assets are deployed in reverse repo, with some allocated to T-Bills, to ensure maximum liquidity and minimum duration risk.

At Hashnote, we firmly believe that tokenization needs to have a utility beyond simply proving ownership. USYC was built on this foundation. In addition to accruing interest from US Government debt, the ERC20 Token can be used as collateral for other onchain activities.
Clients of the Hashnote Fund use this token to collateralize option positions. This allows them to participate in on-chain yield generation without sacrificing traditional finance returns.
The fund's clients are also using USYC as collateral in lending markets. They deposit USYC and borrow other digital assets.
